Tiffany was fabulous. This was my first experience getting my hair done professionally and she made it so great. Not only did my hair turn out amazing, the conversation was a plus. I instantly felt comfortable in her chair.
If I could give 10 stars, I would! I am new to the London area. I have not gone to a salon since 2018. And in the past, every salon I have ever gone to has never done what I've asked & has chopped my hair off. I've always left in tears. So, since 2018 I have been letting my hair grow & have trimmed the ends myself. My daughter gifted my husband & I a photo shoot for Feb 10th. China is delightful. She entertains us while giving us exactly the haircuts we asked her to do! Each and every time. She also tolerates my extreme pickiness without rolling her eyes once! Thank you China, we are very grateful, you're the best!
I drive an hour away to get my hair done here because China does my hair perfectly every time and the salon has an amazing atmosphere. Every stylist makes you feel welcome, the whole salon engages together, and everyone has a great time.
