If I could give 10 stars, I would! I am new to the London area. I have not gone to a salon since 2018. And in the past, every salon I have ever gone to has never done what I've asked & has chopped my hair off. I've always left in tears. China is delightful. She entertains us while giving us exactly the haircuts we asked her to do! Each and every time. She also tolerates my extreme pickiness without rolling her eyes once! Thank you China, we are very grateful, you're the best!
I drive an hour away to get my hair done here because China does my hair perfectly every time and the salon has an amazing atmosphere. Every stylist makes you feel welcome, the whole salon engages together, and everyone has a great time. Just new to area my sister and I were looking for a new salon. We chose this one our first visit was wonderful very pleased. We scheduled a follow up visit for cut style we thought. In the meantime the stylist we had originally was out due to health we were then directed to another stylist. When we arrived the stylist was not even on the premises so we had to wait.
