Very bad customer service. Called them more than 10 times on two weeks, emails and leave messages, and no one called me back. After that I was able to have someone answering my calls. I asked for an apartment 4 1/2 and the lady said yes she will have one on October, and asked her to schedule a visit. She finishs work at 5, I ask her if I can come at 5:15, and she was unhappy with that, and told me I’ll get back to you. Never called me back. Excellent place to rent .
Très beaux appartements et super belle gestion de l’immeuble. Le concierge est super gentil et l’agente d’immeuble est toujours disponible et efficace. C’est grace à eux que tous les locataires restent au Castel et tous les logements sont toujours loués. Je recommande à tous le Castel de Laval.
