Worst service support ever. My refrigeration unit stopped working. Le Cache response, “ We find that many in-field technicians will not work on our 1800 units due to their size, and it is more cost-effective to have the unit repaired or replaced.” Their suggestion put it on me to find someone to remove the unit, and for me to ship (or bring it) back to Petaluma, and then have it reinstalled.
