Staff was very rude and not willing to take some time to help my ill wife resolve a problem with her insurance card. We were forced to go elsewhere and were treated much better. I am amazed at how someone can run a practice with such lack of sympathy.

I was very disappointed, the doctor was very dis-engaged, I feel I was mis diagnosed. He listen to my breathing from the back, looked in my ears and month. Did not send me for xrays but told me I had URI & ear infection. My gums on the right side woke me up I am stil in extreme pain.

My son split his chin open and had to have stitches. They gave him some pain meds and mild relaxer nasally so there wasn't a shot until they numbed his chin for the stitches, so this was a relief! TJ, the ENT was awesome and so great with my 20 month old. Both nurses we interacted with as well as the doctor on staff and even the receptionist were all very kind and helpful! I will definitely recommend this over the ER and definitely recommend it over the Minor Med next door.

My daughter fell and spilt her lip we had a very little wait time and while we were waiting they started numbing her up before they put the stitches in! GREAT bedside manner and we were in and back hom in an hour!!! I would reccomend this before the ER anyday!
