Let me start off by saying I love Dr. Ellis! Ive been seeing him since my oldest was 3. He's 18 now. I dont see anyone but him. Ive seen front desk come & go. And wherever he went, I went. However the front desk lately is THE WORST! Cold and unwelcoming as if we're bothering her. My 11 yr old is autistic & was reading the board behind the receptionist. But she gave her a look like she was just annoyed & disgusted!!! I swear to god she acted like she'S NEVER seen a special needs child, or even human before! And honestly If i ... read more
The ladies at the front desk are incredibly kind, we have great experiences with them. And all the doctors, nurses, and staff are really very kind and excellent at their work. I highly recommend this office. Thank you guys!
So the Doctor my child sees is a very kind person. The receptionists are a different story. My child woke up from their nap with a 104 fever and I called before they quit taking patients and they IMMEDIATELY put my call on hold until they could no longer book an appointment for my sick child. The actual doctors and nurses are fine but the front staff is unwelcoming and apparently unwilling to accommodate sick children getting seen.
The medical care was fine once we got inside, but the front desk experience was very frustrating. I called to book an appointment for one of my children. MyChart showed availability, but since only one of my kids was enrolled, I had to call. The front desk staff was rude and kept emphasizing that there is only one doctor, responding as if no appointment was available.
