So the Doctor my child sees is a very kind person. The receptionists are a different story. My child woke up from their nap with a 104 fever and I called before they quit taking patients and they IMMEDIATELY put my call on hold until they could no longer book an appointment for my sick child. The actual doctors and nurses are fine but the front staff is unwelcoming and apparently unwilling to accommodate sick children getting seen.

The medical care was fine once we got inside, but the front desk experience was very frustrating. I called to book an appointment for one of my children. MyChart showed availability, but since only one of my kids was enrolled, I had to call. The front desk staff was rude and kept emphasizing that there is only one doctor, responding as if no appointment was available. Love Dr. Maschmeyer and all the other providers. Staff however is horrible, schedule appointments on days and times i’ve never mentioned, lost my child’s shot records at 6 months old, before have been told they don’t have any records, i feel as if im failing my child every time i bring him here. Thank god for insurance changes. I have to stress i have never once ever had a phone call that did not have an issue with records or finding my son in the system. My son is non verbal autistic so Drs visits can be a pain but Dr Luke Maschmeyer is always patient , kind and engaged with him. Not long wait at all and staff gets us right in. My son is familiar with him and I’m very grateful to have a pediatrician close by.

Worst waste 40 minutes on the phone with staff members trying to get an appointment! They told me that they would call me back yet they didn't know my phone number! Saw this office in the past when Dr Jeffery Smith was a part of their staff and I can say without a shadow of a doubt that they have gone down in service since then.
