I love being here! I absolutely love this doctor’s office. From the very first visit, they were so gentle and incredibly caring with my daughter. They made sure she never missed an appointment and guided us every step of the way after her autism diagnosis. The entire team is just amazing, and I can’t thank enough!
I have taken my children here for two years now. I have tried to be patient when dealing with this practice; however, I have had multiple issues with the billing department billing the incorrect insurance provider. I have had 2 appointments rescheduled because the assigned doctor would be on vacation. Today when I tried to reschedule the cancelled appointment, I requested a day that would be able to accommodate my 3 children. I want to start by saying my sons counselor was amazing, she was attentive to his needs and made us very comfortable speaking with her about our concerns. Dr. Shibaz was also very professional. I attempted to give this facility chance after chance but I have had several bad experiences now starting with Dr. Wright.
