I want to extend a HUGE thankyou to Dr. Chrisla Key in urology. I hope that she sees this review. By the time of our visit, I was exhausted from previous efforts and voicing concerns for my daughter's enuresis over the course of at leaat 9+ years. At the time of her appointment, Dr. Key spoke to me and my daughter independently. Dr. Key included my child regarding treatment efforts by providing her (my daughter) with apporpriate education and recommendations for lifestyle changes. Scheduled an appointment for a hematoma removal on the belly button of my son. Took a day of pto for my job and drove round trip 200+ miles for this and once in the doctors office they said the appointment was for something completely different and the doctor was not there for the hematoma surgery either. I told them they better not charge me for this as the visit was not what was requested at all and it was a huge waste of time.
Terrible. Out appointment at 2:15 we got to see the doctor at 3:45 every one came after us left except us , I’m so mad and upset about this place
