Scheduled an appointment for a hematoma removal on the belly button of my son. Took a day of pto for my job and drove round trip 200+ miles for this and once in the doctors office they said the appointment was for something completely different and the doctor was not there for the hematoma surgery either. I told them they better not charge me for this as the visit was not what was requested at all and it was a huge waste of time.
Terrible. Out appointment at 2:15 we got to see the doctor at 3:45 every one came after us left except us , I’m so mad and upset about this place
This is not a good they do not care about the kids we told them it was important and they still did not care. We also asked for something else and they didn’t not help they don’t care they’re just there for the money
