I WOULDNT TAKE MY CHILD HERE IF THIS WAS THE LAST HOSPITAL ON EARTH ! If I could give 0 stars I would ! Who hired these people this generation is in for world of hurt if that’s the doctors and nurses that are being hired !!
The people working near the entrance of emergency act lost.
They have Terrible customer service and don’t never answer the phones so that makes the family members that needs information about their child or grandchildren that can’t get any information because the hospital has these lazy people working for them these days. Get someone that loves coming to work and doing the job that they love to do.
How dare they leave a baby an his parents stranded there after that baby's surgery with no way home, those parents have no way to get back home after being brought there by medicaid, they won't go back to get them across the state line now! The hospital won't help either! That's low of them to not care that baby is stranded there now!
Poor communication, lack of professionalism, no bedside manner, very poor attitudes in ER. The hospital looks like the MED. Elevators do not work. Slow service at welcome desk. Trash in hallways. Disgusting. I would have expected better from a children’s hospital.
