The doctors are great, but the billing and administration offices are horrible. I was charged $300 for my son having an "out-patient" procedure that he never had! He only ever had office visits. I fought with them several times over the phone and nothing was ever done. I don't know if something was coded wrong, or if his lab tests were sent to the wrong laboratory or what. But whatever it was, it was not our fault and it should not be negatively impacting my credit as it is now. A report has been filled with the BBB as well.
