By far the worst experience I’ve ever had ... they didn’t have my apt for my daughter scheduled (mri at 7:30) thank goodness I had my papers and going around and around to prove I was here at the right date and time. So now I’m sitting here with a 1 yo that can’t eat and it been well over 12 hrs . And they stated it’s not their fault and I’ll have to wait possibly 4/5 hrs to be worked in . Very very upset and hope we never have to come back!!!

I get that kids are “sick” but this is ridiculous the wait is awful there is a child in here that was sent from somewhere else saying Appendix he went for an X-ray and ultrasound and both said appendix but yet this poor boy is sitting in the waiting room in pain waiting to get a room.

EXCELLENT hospital staff. We've had 3 of our 4 boys seen here and have had excellent care!!!
