The overall experience was somewhat pleasant yet uneasy at times when visiting the EMERGENCY ROOM FOR THE FIRST TIME. Upon entering the facility the Security was very pleasant & Very Professional along wt the LADIES A IN THE INTAKE AREA. THE YOUNG GENTLEMAN WHO WE EXPLAINED OUR SON'S CONDITIONS TO GOT US CHECKED IN PRETTY QUICKLY. THE YOUNG NURSE, MICHELLE ANN, SEEMED A BIT TIRED BUT EXPLAINED WHAT SHE WOULD BE DOING & ANSWERED OUR QUESTIONS. DOCTOR RAJU WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND HELPFUL WITH ANSWERING OUR QUESTION AS WELL. ... read more
The campus security except for one young man is very rude, very nasty attitudes and unprofessional if you do not want to work stay at home it does not take much to be kind to people
Don't recommend at all. Only went because his pediatrician said to go there. NEVER AGAIN!!!! The Emergency department smh
We waited over 3 hours in waiting room then they take you to a room forever it’s ridiculous omg
Security staff were very unprofessional and wasted my time. The treatment was not respectful. Very disappointing experience.
