The owner is a hot head who throws employees under the bus. He tells lies and flies off the handle. He just can't control himself. Would never work for this jerk.
My family loves the water from LeBleu. No problem with service. We did not have any issues when calling main service desk.
I love the water but they have the worst front office and customer support I have ever had to deal with. They have no business concepts and are frustrating to deal with.
We had two accounts with Le Bleu of Raleigh at work and my wife had one at our home. The bottle delivered to my home had a leak. It damaged our wood floors. When I called manager Lewis about it he told me . My wife signed a waiver of responsibility. I told him I was never presented one at work and to produce the document.
