I called them to fix a dishwasher that would not start. They snaked the sink drain, thinking that that was the reason why the dishwasher was getting backed up and not starting. $330. As soon as they leave, the dishwasher still will not start, and is still backing up. The sink was not clogged and was not backing up into the dishwasher. I later got another company to fix my dishwasher, they replaced a gasket and an inlet valve, and the dishwasher stopped backing up, and started working.
