I eat at Le Bistro four or five times a year and have never been disappointed. Chef Jean-Pierre is a classically trained French chef serving a 5-course prix fixe menu (appetizer, soup, salad, main plate and cheese or dessert) in a friendly and cozy little hideaway. The dishes are typical French country cuisine, lovingly prepared and nicely presented, with appropriate portion sizes to satisfy a normal appetite without becoming stuffed.
