I always enjoy having dinner or lunch at Le Bistro when I'm home in Huntington so I was excited to find a new brunch offering when I stopped in on Saturday! I was surprised that their awesome Croque Madame wasn't on the menu, (ham, cheese, eggs...oh so brunch worthy). Our server said he'd find out why it was missing and I was thrilled when the Chef prepared one for me!! For years I've missed my southern favorite Shrimp and Grits, and Le Bistro has absolutely AMAZING shrimp and grits!!!! So impressed!!
The food and service are amazing. I could have made an entire meal just on the french baguette and herb butter. The french onion soup was absolutely delicious. I also had the shrimp and grits which were very good but make sure you ask for the spicy remoulade on the side because it is very spicy, lol.
