I am back at Le Bernardin again tonight. Absolutely amazed.
Well, what can I say. If my company exceeded the aesthetics you coul ever receive from the food and the service - then it was certainly a job well done. I told my sons that the Langoustine preparation was perhaps one of the finest dishes I've ever had. For what it's worth - an extrodianary compliment. Your service is impeccable. The quality you require made sea urchin unavailable. We looked forward to indulging and unconditionally respected its abcense. There are no better restaurants than yours and Masa in New York City.
An amazing culinary experience. Food and service are as good as it gets.
