The quality of the food this time was a marked step-down compared to my numerous previous visits, including last year. This against the backdrop of a 14% increase in the prix-fixe price. Quite disappointed. The lobster tail was dry and the sauce bland. The octopus sauce was too thick and the skate was too salty.
We had the Chiefs Tasting Menu and it was spectacular - every course left me wanting more, only for the next course to be just as good.
Amazing food! 3 stars Michelin well earned, the lobster truffle & beef were simply amazing!
