To quote Tina Turner ,”...simply the best.” The food is flawless. Over the years every bite has given me great pleasure. From a simple herbed butter over pasta to complex sauces over perfect fish, consistently delicious. The service, while formal, remains friendly and unpretentious. As for wine, only the best sommeliers, beginning with Aldo Sohm, pour a perfect pairing at any price point. This 2 1/2 day trip we visited 3 restaurants with a total of 8 Michelin stars. Le Bernardin shines most brightly and with warmth.
Amazing series of flavors and textures. The wine pairing was perfect. Under the sun was the best cocktail I’ve ever had and took my mind to a cool Caribbean sunset while the meal evokes memories of holdidays as a child. I will go back every season for the change of menu.

It was a wonderful experience. The food was amazing and the service was fantastic. One of the best meals that I've ever had. I have been looking forward to this for a very long time and it exceeded all of my expectations.
