I cannot recommend Emily at Coco Nail Bar in Rolling Meadows enough! I used to go to a different salon for years but got tired of long wait times, even though the work was good. I decided to give Coco a try — I had actually been there years ago when it was LeBeau and remembered loving it. Booking with Emily was the best decision ever! I went to the salon, and honestly, my nails didn’t look good. So, I posted a negative review, and then Emily, the owner, contacted me a few times and sent several messages. She invited me to come back to the salon, and they fixed everything for free. My nails look beautiful now. I'm really happy that Emily truly cares about her customers.
Just stopped in, haven’t had my nails done in years. Super professional, the guy Orlando I believe his name was did an amazing job. Super quick too. Great place!!

I haven’t gotten a pedicure in quite awhile. I took a chance and went to Coco Without an appointment. I was informed it would be a moment and would I wait - No Problem. I waited less than 10 minutes and was seated. My tech was so polite. She never pushed any additional services, answered questions I had about different service I saw. Overall it was just a relaxing wonderful experience.
