J’ai vécu ici plusieurs années, quelques petits travaux dans la salle de bain qui se sont toujours bien passés. Dans l’ensemble, très satisfait de mon expérience. Mention spéciale à Cristina, qui a toujours été réactive et très gentille. Administration solide et sérieuse !
2.5 is too low for this building, 3.5-4 should be ok. It is kept clean and tidy. The most amazing is that some of the apts have a very good view of Mount Mon royal and the old castle-like building. During one day near autumn, you can see a little bit colors in the morning and many colors near evening. Not to mention many views in sunshine or in clouds. Useless management team, we have issues every day and they don’t fix anything and they don’t answer your emails or phone calls. You will find the maintenance guy around the building but hardly working and the office they have in the hall is always empty with no one working. Avoid coming here. April 2024 update: The building is a very nice shelter for homeless people, you will see some smelly, high on drugs and drunk. Leaking moldy bathroom ceiling that flooded multiple time. Took them 1 YEAR to finally do something about it. That's just one of many issue I had here. Avoid, for this price it's insane.
