Useless management team, we have issues every day and they don’t fix anything and they don’t answer your emails or phone calls. You will find the maintenance guy around the building but hardly working and the office they have in the hall is always empty with no one working. Avoid coming here. Leaking moldy bathroom ceiling that flooded multiple time. Took them 1 YEAR to finally do something about it. That's just one of many issue I had here. Avoid, for this price it's insane.
Its the end of October, building heating has not been turned on. Its freezing. The driers for your clothes are garbage and require 2-3 cycles so get ready to spend 12$ a load of laundry. The elevators are inconstant and might work? I'm pretty sure our fire alarms were not working until last week. My floors are coming apart, paint is chipping and all my appliances are from the 70's. J'ai jamais habité,mais je vois les avis négatifs des locataires et le pire que j'ai envoyé un courriel et j'ai dû attendre 1 mois pour la réponse ,en plus inexacte avec ce qui estmentionné dans le site, et j'ai repondu tt de suite en leur disant que c'est flou votre réponse,mais pas de justification de leur part
Such poor management, NO security, NO phone number to contact, NO reponse in case of anything. bathrooms floor chipped, door leaking air, packages go to the mail room and takes like a week to get it out.
