Le Auto on 27th street is a good place to take your vehicle if you need an auto repair and it's too difficult or labor intensive to do it yourself. I once had a mitsubishi eclipse that needed a water pump replaced, and it was done in under a week, for under $300. Tommy even gave me $15 and told me to use it for gas money. (: these guys know japanese cars inside and out.
Bought a car there promised great customer service, and car ended up needing new windshield wipers $40, Front license plate mount they are required by law to have on it $70, and-diagnostic of check engine light 79.99 after 20 days of driving it. now 1300.00 catalytic converter, which they said was cause i used ethanol when i didn't . He knew i was a single mom and did this deal cause i trusted him, they took less for my car of a promblem that could happen with an air conditioner fan, WOW, i called five times, emailed, texted... read more
I know for a fact that this place uses salvaged parts from the auto salvage to fix their cars. High mileage cars for high prices... I've heard a lot of bad things about this place and wanted to see for myself so I took one of their cars for a test drive to my trusted mechanic. Guess what they said... They laughed so hard at this joke of a car I brought them... I hope this helps others to realize that they are endangering other family's lives.
I went to the one at 48th street and bought a japanese car for around 8000 dollars, they told me that everything was in excellent condition. However after I had taken my car to other two mechanics for full inspection, the mechanics told me that my car was basically a piece of junk which has to be fixed for another thousand dollars. I would not recommend this dealer at all unless you want to try your luck.
Yeah totally agree with you. I purchased mine at 48th street as well few months back and they did lie to your face saying that everything worked great. To be fair, the sales persons were really nice, that was why I bought into their lies. Will not recommend.
