I have never felt so disrespected, dehumanized, and taken advantage of as I have living in this building. This is not just bad management. This is a complete lack of humanity. You are not treated like a person here, you are treated like a source of income. The moment they collect your rent, you stop mattering. Yes, the building itself is a disaster. I tried scheduling 2 appointments on a weekend and no one’s ever there. The building itself looks nice, but after seeing all the negative reviews and experiencing how difficult it is to reach someone, I’m second guessing the whole building.
