Our therapist was kind, but she seemed inexperienced for marriage counseling. She would let us share our feelings and just about everything on our minds, but she seemed to struggle maintaining control of our conversations that it felt like we weren't progressing over the course of several sessions. My social worker was awkward and seemed afraid of the way I explained my trauma, she then said she has never seen a client approach therapy like me.. She made me feel like I was hurting her or scaring her with my life, they need to hire more experienced people 🥺
I have always had positive experiences with the counseling here, even when not getting to the hoped for outcome. I plan to go back for more help.
