My social worker was awkward and seemed afraid of the way I explained my trauma, she then said she has never seen a client approach therapy like me.. She made me feel like I was hurting her or scaring her with my life, they need to hire more experienced people 🥺

I have always had positive experiences with the counseling here, even when not getting to the hoped for outcome. I plan to go back for more help.

This LDS family services was the worst in terms of privacy, mental health concerns, and upholding agreements. DO NOT go here unless you want more trauma.

I left my appointment with John G. feeling dumb and like I had just been made fun of for an hour. After explaining my experience with anxiety, depression, and an eating disorder, I felt like I was in a Sunday school lesson. He said the reason I had anxiety was because I didn't have "enough faith in the future" and that I needed to "let go of the fear monster".
