Experienced LD's for the first time last week when guests surprised us with full LD's spread - pulled pork, brisket, andouille, corn bread, sides and sauces. Boy Howdy your BBQ is amazing! Will be back for more soon.
I was looking forward to trying LD's pork sandwich while visiting my brother in Muskego. I am originally from Memphis, the BBQ capital of the world, and I am a bit of a BBQ snob and pretty particular of BBQ. I have to say up front the service was great. The pork meat itself was very moist and tasty. The issue I have is the smokey flavor is just over whelming. The sauce was ok. The beans left a weird aftertaste that was not very good at all.
