RecommendedHad LD’S for the first time and it was awesome. My mom really liked it also. Had the ribs. I will be back, drove from Milwaukee, got my lawnmower gas at the Shell and stopped across the street.
The Best! Owner comes out often and checks on quality. The BBQ is great. Great portions. Great price. The beans (and I generally don’t crave beans) are AMAZING! I drive 50 miles each way for the beans!
I’m from Tennessee and I’m somewhat of a BBQ connoisseur. When I walked in and looked at the menu, I was kinda taken aback by the prices. $$$$ I finally settled on the bbq nacho’s. They are not southern bbq, but I have eaten worse. The staff was friendly and attentive. I fell into conversation with a couple of guys and we didn’t realize the restaurant had been closed for over 30 minutes. They cleaned up around us and then gave us free banana pudding later. I’d give it 3 1/2 stars out of 5.
Incredible bbq. The Mac and cheese with pulled pork on top is out of this world!!!

Great bbq at a great price. cornbread for my tastes is dry. Hopefully they will make a cream cornbread or with cream cheese. Nice creamy coleslaw, it could use a little more color like red cabbage or more carrots, but the taste is good!
Great food, large portions. Clean restaurant, friendly wait staff.
in my opinion the best of all things bbq. the sides are great, food is not only enjoyable, but there is plenty! ONLY thing I would change is to get rid of those two large tables.
