Ldr was nice when MarshAll came out the first time but when my mother house caught in fire they was nice as well but when her insurance company got the bill you and of thought they cleaned a mansion they charge the insurance co.oany for cleaning pencils plastic work glasses which we was told they don't clean wood or plastic way h out for Jim jump he do anything he got sub contractors that screw shit up and it took over a month to clean it it Dave the man thsts I. LDR is a horrible company to do business with but they do have great subcontractors. Matt was the worst person I have ever dealt with. Dave and him promised me my job would be done timely and it was not. The used poor materials and low quality supplies. My contractor Anthony had to stock the job himself and he at least used quality materials. If it was not for him my job would have never been completed. I would recommend Anthony any day of the week but never LDR.

The General Manager made a late night service call when our basement flooded. He personally delivered the equipment and set it all up. He also stayed later to help with the water damage. Wonderful business with amazing employees!
