After ordering a copy of the engineering drawings and paying the invoice the same day, the company charged again to my credit card, 3 days later. The same items, but they changed the invoice number and charged it to my credit card. When requested to refund the duplicate charge, the store said that I need to provide the proof that I did not order the same item twice. They charged $233.41 twice, 3 days apart by changing the invoice number.

This is the best print shop in the Atlanta metro-area. They are so fast, reliable, and affordable. On top of that, everyone who works here is very kind. I drive 30 minutes to print at LDI because I trust them more than anyone else and know they won't overcharge. Highly recommend!
