After ordering a copy of the engineering drawings and paying the invoice the same day, the company charged again to my credit card, 3 days later. The same items, but they changed the invoice number and charged it to my credit card. When requested to refund the duplicate charge, the store said that I need to provide the proof that I did not order the same item twice. They charged $233.41 twice, 3 days apart by changing the invoice number.

Showed up late Fri. at Norcross LDI and prepared to be blown off, but these guys, edpecially Chris, were on it! Took care of my needs including technical support in conveying the plans I needed printed. Damn good folks. Thank you LDI.

Exceptional ! Quality, Price, and Excellent Customer Service. LDI Norcross provides the best print shop experience because they make the extra effort. Adam and his team always come through. I've been using them for years now, and no matter what I throw at them, their commitment to quality shines through. Whoever your print shop is, LDI is better ! They've recently expanded their space and their capabilities while maintaining excellent service and quality.

This is the best print shop in the Atlanta metro-area. They are so fast, reliable, and affordable. On top of that, everyone who works here is very kind. I drive 30 minutes to print at LDI because I trust them more than anyone else and know they won't overcharge. Highly recommend!
