Showed up late Fri. at Norcross LDI and prepared to be blown off, but these guys, edpecially Chris, were on it! Took care of my needs including technical support in conveying the plans I needed printed. Damn good folks. Thank you LDI.
After ordering a copy of the engineering drawings and paying the invoice the same day, the company charged again to my credit card, 3 days later. The same items, but they changed the invoice number and charged it to my credit card. When requested to refund the duplicate charge, the store said that I need to provide the proof that I did not order the same item twice. They charged $233.41 twice, 3 days apart by changing the invoice number.
Adam and the team are AMAZING!!!! Work is superior and they ALWAYS get it done. I have zero complaints. Best lil print shop in America!
