I would not return nor would I recommend her. I made an appointment through the automated system. I showed up the day of my appointment and the place was closed. The automated system takes a percentage of your money when you make the reservation. I called, left a message and emailed and I've heard nothing back and have not received a refund.
LD Hair Care is one of the best salons in Queens that I’ve been to. The space is very clean and welcoming; customer service was also excellent, and that hair wash was the ultimate experience! I’ve never had a wash that included a full body massage before. The best part for me was that I didn’t have to wait for the stylist or be styled with other clients. They only serve one client at a time to build a relationship with the hair. I’ll be back for sure! 🤯
I scheduled an in-person hair consultation with LD Organichaircare for Wednesday, June 4, after booking and fully paying the $25 consultation fee on Tuesday, June 3. As someone who works in the entertainment industry, it was extremely important for me to have this consultation in person, especially ahead of BET Weekend. Went in for a consultation. While it was very thorough, I have not received my medical paperwork for atleast 2 months after calls and emails. Very disappointed with this unprofessionalism. EDIT: My consultation was scheduled for March 8th. It should NOT take 2 months to email a consultation report. I have left voicemails and emailed the alternative email address. A proactive business owner would follow up with me via phone or physically mail the summary. NO EXCUSES.
