Staff was initially very pleasant and welcoming.......until they realized that although I was clear on what I wanted at time of scheduling appointment, it was going to take a bit longer than planned. They began to rush through my service, limited conversation and made me feel uneasy and annoyed with me that they would run late due to THEIR error. Got a deluxe pedicure from Layla this morning and it was amazing. I will definitely be returning.
I repent of not going to this AMAZING salon sooner!! The vibes are there, the skills are there and the nails are fuego!! It’s clean and they respect your times and appointments! This is what a nail salon should be. My only regret is not coming sooner.
The best nail team in Douglasville. They are efficient and their service and products are unmatched.
