My daughter and I have been looking for a local nail salon. We have been to a few salons in the area, but their customer service and work was below average. I'm so glad that I went with my gut when I decided to walk-in this establishment! I was pleased from the minute that we walked and were greeted by the lovely chocolate ladies. My review is a few days late, but I still wanted to take the time to share what a wonderful experience we had. I visited this nail shop by recommendation. I live in the area and was preparing to travel over the weekend, so I decided to stop in on Thursday. From the moment we walked in, the team was exceptional. Although I don’t remember the name of the young lady who did my pedicure, she was very professional and did a wonderful job. I'm sad to have to update my review. Leah's been my nail tech for nearly 5 years. I've barely missed a month in 5 years. She knows I had to quit my job and was evicted from my home. So of course I have to budget and get back on track. I paid her $142 for a acrylic fill and pedi. And she proceeded to ask me if I was going to tip and confronted me in front of everyone because I couldn't tip. I reminded her she told me "Ashley you are a regular. You don't have to tip."
