The Doctor is very nice and friendly. Bedside mannered and his secretary/assistant. Miss Alicia, she is by far very helpful. She's just one woman machine helping keep the office running and going. The reason I only gave 4 stars is because it's hard to get someone on the phone as I said, miss Alicia is doing everything.
Great service everytime.
One day I called several times to arrange for the pick up of my medication and someone put me on hold then disconnected the call , then I called back as was put on hold for half an hour.
