Horrible Customer Service unprofessional and so much more wouldn't recommend this place to your dead aunty
I tried to get a pedicure. I called Saturday to come in and Ryan said Sunday 11:30 was better. Took my number. I arrived (from Grant Park) Sunday around 11:25. Doors were locked. There was another woman with an 11am appointment still waiting in her car. I called. No answer and voicemail full. I’m officially done coming here. Went to Lavita instead. A bit pricier but so much nicer and more professional.
The best nail shop in Kankakee. My nail tech is always friendly, professional and fast. This is the only shop that my nails don't feel swore afterwards.
