The service is generally good. Drivers are polite. Cars comfortable. What is lacking is a phone with the driver, for the waiting patient to know, where the driver is. It will be great if driver can communicate with the patient, for the peace of mind of the patient. Thank you Quadri
I wish there was an option of zero 0 stars! This transportation service is trash! Had my Mom, and I sitting in that clinic from 1:00 till almost closing! Call them shortly after her appointment was over which was about 1:30, called them they gave an hour window, typical no complaints. Now its 2:20, called them back, "what's the update? They send a Lyft. Somehow he got the E for east, mixed with W for west. He isn't outside, he's across town! Somebody gave him the wrong location. Now he's mad at me for it. Good drivers and clean vans, wish there were more drivers here in my city for scheduling rides to late in the day doctor appointments. A problem with not enough drivers. I got left behind from a doctor appointment in another country months ago and I will never forget that.
I am honestly surprised this company has not been sued or shut down. So unreliable and, quite frankly, dangerous. This company leaves vulnerable patients stranded for hours without a ride. Their vendors regularly no-show patients who rely on this transportation service for medical care. They don’t take into account people’s disabilities and the type of transportation that is needed to accommodate them. Sending Ubers for patients who aren’t ambulatory is crazy work. They do not answer the phone and they do not take accountabi... read more
