I had a young man named Charles. He was so polite and helpful. It made a unpleasant trip cuz of my pain. Very comfortable.
I hate MHS made the switch to WellTrans. LCP was the best transportation. Especially transportation concierge service!! TCS has the best drives. WellTrans does not know how to schedule rides based on the service needed. Me and my kids miss TCS drivers! Megan was our daily driver we miss her! A switch back needs to be made.
Through United Healthcare. This has to be the worst medical transportation Ever..You arrive at your appointment half hour late, then, they take hours to get you home..Still not home at 12pm, but was picked up at 7:30..Mind you, it takes almost 2 hours to get home..YOU SUCK!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!
Never can get a driver on time and also in the middle of a ride with Lyft they canceled my ride cause the man I spoke with didn't like me no other reason. I'd never trust this company with anyone old or someone whineeds assistance they can't do their job even though it's the easiest job in the world!!!
