Today lcp transportation pissed me off They slow I went to the pharmacy at Walmart went at 12 didn’t get home till 3 o’clock And I went to the Walmart by my house smh 🤦🏽♀️ And they kept putting the wrong address LCP transportation need to be shut down smh 🤦🏽♀️
Not a very great service. I've scheduled rides with them twice on two different occasions both times the drivers never should up on time, when I called they said I called the day before at a certain time and canceled which I never did as I still needed rides to the appointments. They offered to send drivers out but I told them not to bother as I was going to be late and probably not able to be seen. They could probably improve if they got drivers that actually cared to do their job.
I wish I could give a negative 10, considering the company is supposed to pick up and drop off clients for doctor appointments. I would think that would be something they would think it's important, but I guess there are no consequences for their actions. First time, I was taken to my appointment in a timely manner, but they couldn't pick me up for an 1 hour and 45 minutes. And then they had to get a Lyft. The driver who came to pick up my husband today his name is Robert he is so rude I told him my husband was outside on the porch getting into his power chair and he still called to say he was outside and when I asked him to open the back up he got loud with me and argued with me I told him he was rude and he got mad and started yelling at me I said I was going to call in on him and he said he didn't care cause the company wouldn't do anything to him so I told him to stop talking to me and it made him even more upset SMH SMH I... read more
