Listen when I tell you, they're the worst starting from customer service down to the driver's management included very unprofessional if I could score them a zero I would thank God for those who has a car and dont solely depend on this crap I wouldn't recommend this company not to anyone

Horrible service and they don’t care.always picking me up and hour or so late on a scheduled return trip to residence. In morning that can vary between 1hour late or on time. They know my pickup time and every week I have to wait. I call early but it doesn’t matter.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I have severe PTSD and seizures and cannot legally drive. I'm on a very limited income and can’t afford Uber/Lyft. Public transport doesn't cover where I need to go. LCP constantly mishandles my information, refuses to escalate issues, and talks down to me. Their system is not ADA-compliant—UHC only allows scheduling via computer (not phone app), and LCP has no app at all. The owners suck the ways they make the employees talk to people like they are trash because they use Medicaid transportation. Maybe getting all your teeth removed the same day would be more comfortable than a phone conversation with this company.

This places sucks. Stay far away. They offered my wife a job actually they told her she had the job gave her a start date. A few days before my wife emailed the to confirm the time and they told her they changed their mind after she had already quit her other job to start this one.
