Charged $38 just to payoff loan with no prepayment penalty on the contract. Took over a half hour because the clerk was confused. A tremendous amount of confusion occurred when lcnb took over my loan from another bank. It took an hour to get the paperwork straightened out then. Do not go to lcnb they just look for reasons to charge you fees.,
Everyone is very nice and helpful. Wonderful bank.
