Dr. Gabriel C. Tender, MD ( neurosurgeon) was one of the rudest and most dismissive doctors I have ever encountered. He refused to listen to my symptoms and acted as though I was imagining them. I left feeling completely ignored and disrespected. What made the experience even worse was overhearing him in the hallway making comments suggesting that most patients make up their symptoms anyway. I visited LCMC Urgent Care after slicing a portion of my pinky fingertip off with a mandolin. While the wait time was short, the quality of care I received was extremely disappointing. The exam room was visibly dirty and did not appear clean or well maintained. For a healthcare facility treating open wounds, this was concerning. After being placed in an exam room, I sat for quite some time while staff gathered outside discussing lunch plans. The doctors and nurses don’t care. Was diagnosed with two things only addressed one thing on the actual paperwork. Called the next day because I did not feel any relief from my visit I was told I could pay again. The staff was not concerned nor did they care. Save your money do not go to this location Dr seen was Cabrera
