Great team place is very nice and clean I went in for a CDL physical everything went swell great place to visit
Boo I drove to this specific location with my two young kids bcz I was told the xray machine was there at this office , after my daughter being examined then they tell me the machine is down , like come on .
I can honestly say I did not make it past the receptionist desk even though my Dr with LCMC advised me to go there. Since they did not take my insurance I was told I would have to pay a minimum of $170. Nope nope went straight across to Ochsner and glad I did. I was diagnosed with flu type A and bronchial pneumonia where I was treated there promptly. I won’t be going back to this urgent care again. If you have Aetna do not waste your time here.
I was seen in a timely manner and everything continued to follow as so. The nurse and doctor were very helpful and got me in and out and on my way.
When I arrived at the urgent care, there was a kisok there to sign in. I had one lady Infront of me. I did not have to wait long at all. The staff was professional and courteous. The nurse triaged me. There was a tv in my room to keep my dad and I calm til the doctor came in to give me my treatment plan. I felt like I was heard by the doctor. Dr. Paul answered my questions.
