Woke up this morning not feeling well. Went to do online check in for LCMC Health Urgent Care Northshore and was given an appointment time for 10:39. I show up after receiving the text message saying it’s my time for arrival, only to be told there’s an hour and a half wait. When questioning the purpose of online checkin, I was told that really doesn’t matter. If there’s people that walk in ahead of your scheduled appointment, you have to wait! I’m SO frustrated!!!
