Slow waits doctor playing on computer. Terrible
Dr. Haase is the kindest man. He made me feel like I was family. I hope one day I work for such an awesome doctor that is as cool as he is. The staff was fun and made my visit enjoyable.
Have been here before and the experiences were great! Not a long wait and mostly everyone is very pleasant and helpful. The doctor and the front desk lady were very nice and helpful. However I have to say that the male nurse was a bit rude and cold. Not sure if he was having a bad day or didn’t want to be there. Will continue to visit this location though.
This group is our choice for treatment when we need additional medical help. My husband and I trust the staff to be courteous, competent, and take care of health problems that require immediate attention. We are so blessed to be able to depend on their professional medical care.
I have been to Lake Urgent Care a couple of times. Each time I am very pleased with the treatment that I have received. The wait is minimal and the nurses on staff are very kind and caring. The doctors I have seen there are great. Thank you Lake Urgent
If I could give them zero stars I would. I came in for a pre-employment drug test and waited for over 2 hrs just to pee in a cup. Over 10 people went ahead of me and all they could say was that I was the next one up and nothing. I think it's insane how when all they have to do to service you is give you a CUP to pee in they make you wait 2 hours. They won't even tell you how much longer you have to wait they will only tell you what's your place in the line. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! If you want to get anything done in a timely man... read more
