I arrived 45 mins early. The front desk associate Ashley checked me in right away. Within 5 mins I was called back for my CT Scan. The tech was wonderful and kind. She explained everything each step of the way. While taking with the tech she mentioned that the have a contract with Lyft for free transportation. After having such a wonderful experience I decided to reschedule my mammogram and bone density test to this facility from the EJ location. I was literally ushered out of the PROCEDURE ROOM for asking questions re: the BLANK Patient Consent Form I was being asked to sign before my procedure. If only they had taken the time to fill in the blanks and maybe give it to me while I was waiting in the waiting room, this unprofessional and most likely illegal and unethical incident would not have happened. Needless to say, time for a new provider.
Since LCMC took over it has just gone straight down hill. Napoleon Pediatrics served my children for the first 15 years, but we are forced to move to Ochsner due to LCMC's predatory business practices.
Long wait time. ~1.25 hrs. Receptionist failed to completely check in patient.
