I was literally ushered out of the PROCEDURE ROOM for asking questions re: the BLANK Patient Consent Form I was being asked to sign before my procedure. If only they had taken the time to fill in the blanks and maybe give it to me while I was waiting in the waiting room, this unprofessional and most likely illegal and unethical incident would not have happened. Needless to say, time for a new provider.
Since LCMC took over it has just gone straight down hill. Napoleon Pediatrics served my children for the first 15 years, but we are forced to move to Ochsner due to LCMC's predatory business practices.
Long wait time. ~1.25 hrs. Receptionist failed to completely check in patient.
Love the staff...they treat you like family
Easy to find for a first look, first visit. Clean. Lots of off-street parking.
