I would like to commend Dineen on the excellent job she does here. I have seen her treat staff and workers with respect, she acted promptly and fairly, and followed up on concerns/issues I had. She is also approachable and friendly. Also,I have praised Lisa's excellent work ethic previously. Some workers clean and let you know they are cleaning. Lisa goes about her work quickly, quietly and thoroughly with no fuss. She keeps this floor/building spotless here at the Blackstone.
I live at Eastwood Community, 1414 King St. east in Kitchener and had issues with smoke entering my bathroom from another unit. My repair was done by John Diaz our handy man and I can't say enough good things about how my repair was handled. Attention to detail ! Not only was the repair excellent, he left my the area spotless. Thank you John.
2.5 years as a resident of one of their properties, I’ve had no issues with bldg management. They are responsive and the cleaners are always great.
