Our HOA is often neglectful in caring for its residents. And so I had to call management to get a dismissal of a wrongful charge to our unit. Took a few calls but finally got through to Bob White who helped me get it fixed. He was very helpful and apologetic of the mix up. I now know if I need anything in the future for help, he’s the guy!
