They don’t pick up the phones…. They are a huge scam charge you thousands of dollars when you move out of places you rent from them…. Probably due to the fact the owner thinks he is going bankrupt….. they stopped putting any money into there places and just let them fall apart in the last 4 years….. like the saying goes the rich get richer because they screw people over….. paid the place over 80k dollars living there is the last 4 years and didn’t give much of any complaints…. Hard to reach. And apparently they are ok with rodent issues.
Big Scam! Never rent from these people. Act like they’re here to help and then screw you! Take too long to clean up their properties and claim it’s because they “want a contract” that doesn’t stop the grass from growing to 3 feet though! And it doesn’t stop the snow and ice from forming! Jake and Isaac Feldman are the worst landlords anyone could ever have
