Poor customer service. Kevin installed a stamped concrete patio for us several weeks ago. He spread gator grip (grit) to prevent slipping around our hot tub, but the used too much product and now we have white stains throughout our patio that won't go away. We have tried to contacting over ten times and left four messages for him to contact us to discuss our options for repairing the problem, but after two weeks he has not tries to contact us.
