$30 just to cancel a appt is insane!!!! And reschedule your appointment but still charged $30 for cancellation!!! Ridiculous!!!
I am extremely pleased with the excellent care I received. Amanda goes above and beyond. The entire staff are excellent also. The best physician care I have experienced is with LCH Health and Community Services.
My provider is great. Very thorough, listens to me, then comes up a way to execute a plan! Always available and gets back to me as soon as she has time. She's so busy. Great at what she does. I love LCH and the staff. As for the call center, one Lady, specifically, very unprofessional! She is rude, She has lied to my insurance company. Making judgments about my medication. She even said " You have too many to go through ----" they just weren't deleted off of my portal. All trial and error. She sent back my request once witho... read more
Awful. I had an appointment at 1:30 and they told me to get there 15 minutes early just to wait the next 45 minutes without being seen. I walked out of my appointment ! I must edit this review as Amanda Birdwell is a good provider & does seem to care about her patients. The grievance with this establishment is the god awful wait time, it appears no matter what time you schedule you will not be seen at said time.
