SCAM!! I came to LCH because my dentist qouted me $250 per section for an SRP procedure. I called LCH and they stated they charge $450 for the SAME procedure. With the sliding scale I was still going to pay more than my original private dentist. This place is a SCAM. They charge DOUBLE what the average place charges and then state you are paying less due to the sliding scale but in reality there is not discount and you are actually paying MORE than you would anywhere else. I’m currently still on hold with them and I tried to call to schedule an appointment for my fiancé last week and same thing 5 mins on hold

They never pick up the phone. I have been calling for weeks. I have tried various options. If you leave a callback number and ask them to call you back, they won't. Overall, worst customer service ever.

I like this place. It's fast, it's no BS and has a really pleasant autmosphere. I experienced pain on my tooth extraction, so they sent me home with anti-biotics and extracted it a week and a half later with minimal problems. Thank you for taking your time with me and identifying the problem and coming up with an effective solution.
