I’m currently still on hold with them and I tried to call to schedule an appointment for my fiancé last week and same thing 5 mins on hold
They never pick up the phone. I have been calling for weeks. I have tried various options. If you leave a callback number and ask them to call you back, they won't. Overall, worst customer service ever.
I like this place. It's fast, it's no BS and has a really pleasant autmosphere. I experienced pain on my tooth extraction, so they sent me home with anti-biotics and extracted it a week and a half later with minimal problems. Thank you for taking your time with me and identifying the problem and coming up with an effective solution.
