Ridiculous lack of customer service when ordering items. They think that 1-2 months of wasting my time for a product is reasonable. It's almost abusive to treat long time supporters that way. Also, seems to be a connection to the defense industry "JPL", which says a lot of why it takes 4-6 people to accomplish the smallest of tasks.
