Brian was very prompt to contact me (in fact, he texted me on Thanksgiving Day!) to set up an appointment to do this work. He even offered to do it the very next day, although I hadn't yet obtained the TV or mount. He also recommended a brand of mount for me to buy. We had this work done this past Tuesday and it was first-rate.
