Destroyed my hard drive and my business Do not trust this company. I took an external hard drive to them and explained that only some of the sectors had failed on it, but there was still information I could access. I wanted to see if there was any information they could recover from it, or sectors they could repair. They charged me a 30 dollar diagnostic fee which I am fine with. President For more than fifteen years, my business has depended on LCC Computers and the staff of that organizetion. I've had computers go down, usually my fault, and they have resolved the problem in an efficient and timely manner. Hard disks have crashed and they have recovered the large majority of the data and software that was on the system at the time.
