I am the owner at B-nails 5344 S John Young Pkwy Orlando, Fl 32839. I have been a tenant at this company for almost 20 years now. I have never seen CAM charges raise up so frequently. Now I have no other choice, but to leave because of the increased price. The new landlord has increased the CAM charges twice in under a year. Be careful before you try to lease with them. They are a terrible company.
