Verified Renter On move in day our garage door opener and mail key were not ready for us. There were multiple issues with the apartment like the garbage disposal not working and the kitchen sink clogged. After multiple days of living here the issues have not been resolved and still don't have our garage door opener or mail key. Communication with the office has been slow and seems like they don't care to respond or help resolve any issues.
Business response:
We’re sorry to hear about the issues you’ve experienced since moving in. We understand how frustrating it is to still be waiting for essential items like your garage door opener and mail key, along with unresolved maintenance concerns. This is not the move-in experience we want for our residents. We encourage you to contact our Customer Cares Line at (877) 385-1878 or email CustomerService@druckerandfalk.com so our team can review your concerns and assist in resolving them.
Wonderful Community LC Sunbury is such a clean and cozy community! The maintenance and leasing staff are friendly, empathetic, and responsive. I have loved my time here and would absolutely recommend this community to anyone in the area!
Terrible place When you have mold and report it, they come out and cover it up. They are supposed to clean the area and make sure it’s dry. Nope, not this place. Cover it up with some material and let it keep growing.
