Great place to live. Community spaces are spotless.
I have lived in LC River south for the last 3 years and can’t say enough good things about the management and the people. The staff here are so nice and so kind, especially Cornell who is always so friendly and welcoming to everybody and all of the residents. Furthermore, the building probably has one of the best management staff I’ve ever had in any of my apartment complex experiences. Application and move in process was extremely smooth. I have been living here going on a year now and really appreciate the gym, the activities and the cleaning. Cornell and Monty are AMAZING at keeping the buildings clean and smelling good! Jasmine Lee was the amazing leasing agent that helped me move in. I would definitely recommend!
I had a mishap where they gave the wrong apartment. Lauren and Jazmine made it all right and made me feel so welcome. They were quick and efficient and absolutely phenomenal.
