We really love living here because of the location and the friendly staff. Cornell is a great building manager and staff are very responsive to requests. Our apartment is also pretty quiet - I almost never hear my downstairs and side neighbors, which is impressive for downtown!
This is my favorite apartment my spouse and I have ever lived in! Management is very responsive to any maintenance requests and always keeps things very clean. All the staff are very kind (special shout out to Cornell!) and really help make this place feel like home.
Robert had exceed my expectations he was super friendly super helpful and very efficient
I have never seen somebody work as hard as Cornell. And the way this building smells and looks is proof that he puts 100% effort in his job everyday.
Great place, the crew who cleans the building does a great job. Special shout out to Cornell for always being friendly to me and my pup!
